I've been trying to figure this song out for months, and I agree that the chords sound like Bmaj7 - A#m7 - D#m7 - G#m11 (or with capo on 6, Fmaj7 Em7 Am7 Dm11... that might be the easiest guitar voicing.) The Nashville numbering goes IV iii vi ii, which is consistent with Jazz progression along a circle of fifths.

As for the transitional iii chord, maybe it's an A#m7, although I suspect it's actually a C#7/A# just because the three-six-two begs for a five, but the bass wants to walk slowly back up to the four. What do you think?

One of the aspects of Jon's playing and songwriting that sets him apart from his peers is his use of "jazzier" chords (Maj7, m11, etc...) as opposed to the more "churchy" chords (add2, sus, etc...).

So here's how I hear the song (or at least the first section):

I re-[BMaj7]member Your faithfulness to [A#m7]Noah [D#m7]
I re-[G#m11]member Your faithfulness to Moses (A#m7)
I re-[BMaj7]member Your faithfulness to [A#m7]David [D#m7]
I re-[G#m11]member Your faithfulness to me (A#m7)

The whole song follows this same progression. Please note that the last chord of lines 2 and 4 only shows up in certain sections.
